Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all major cities in Australia and some regional locations.
When can I expect my parcel to be delivered?
When will my gift arrive?
We endeavour to deliver every gift as quickly as possible. Our couriers operate Monday to Friday.
Orders received Monday - Thursday will be dispatched the next day for delivery. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday.

For outside the metropolitan region, country and remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the gift to arrive at the destination. Please note there are no weekend deliveries.
What if I need to request a delivery time?
Due to the volume of orders being shipped, unfortunately this is not an option.
Can I track my order?
We use Sendle as our preferred courier. Sendle sends tracking updates via email to the purchaser. When the parcel is picked up you will be notified. They include a delivery
estimate so that you know approximately when the parcel will arrive. They also include a tracking link so that you can track the parcel along the way. Once the parcel is delivered you will also be notified.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t at home the parcel will be left at your front door unless otherwise stated in the checkout process. If you have a special delivery date request please indicate here and we will endeavour to do our very best with the courier to ensure delivery on the required day.
What happens if I provide you with the wrong address?
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.
For hospital deliveries please ensure the correct surname is entered for the recipient as often mums are registered under their maiden name. Hospital staff will not accept gifts for patients whose surnames do not match their register. Please also ensure the mum will still be a patient at the hospital based on the delivery time frames.
