 1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all major cities in Australia and some regional areas.

 2.  When will my gift arrive?

We endeavour to deliver every gift as quickly as possible. Our couriers operate Monday to Friday.

Orders received Monday - Thursday will be dispatched the next day for delivery. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday

Sydney Metropolitan, Central Coast, and Newcastle orders

For all other areas:-

Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Northern Rivers, Toowoomba, Wollongong

For outside the metropolitan region, country and remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the gift to arrive at the destination. Please note there are no weekend deliveries.

3.  Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes we deliver to hospitals however please be aware of a few points;

- It is best to confirm with the hospital that the recipient will still be a patient based on the delivery times to avoid having the gift re-directed which will incur a re-delivery fee.

- Please provide as much information as possible e.g. Ward and Room details. Also please ensure your gift is addressed to the mum with the correct surname.

4.  How do the gifts arrive?

The gifts are handled with a lot of care by our couriers. They are securely wrapped in clear cellophane, placed in a sturdy cardboard box.

5.  Can I expect the bike to look like the one in the picture?

We make all attempts to create the same look as the picture however at times the product pattern may vary slightly.  We assure you that we will always match our quality with products of equal value, theme and colour scheme

6.  What is your return / refund policy?

We will exchange or refund the full purchase price of the gift if it is damaged upon arrival or for any reason you are not happy with it. All products should be returned to us via a traceable method.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
